Privacy notice on the processing of personal data

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) to inform you about the personal data processed when you visit asliyuksekyazilim.com and use its contact form.
Data controller
The data controller is Kemal Aslıyüksek, who provides services under the Aslıyüksek Yazılım Teknolojileri brand.
What we process
- Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message; your phone number if you ask for a call back.
- Site visits: your IP address, time of visit, the page you open and browser information (server logs).
Why we process it
- To get back to you, understand your needs and prepare a proposal if needed.
- To keep the site and the form secure and prevent spam and abuse.
How we collect it and on what legal basis
Your data is collected electronically and automatically when you fill in the form and when you visit the site.
Contact form data is processed under KVKK Article 5/2-c (directly related to entering into a contract) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest); server logs under Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
Who we share it with
Your data is never sold or shared for marketing. We rely on the following infrastructure providers to run the service:
- Google (Google Workspace): the email service where form messages arrive.
- Cloudflare: domain, connection security and protection against attacks.
- Hetzner: hosting of the server the site runs on.
Transfers abroad
Because these providers' servers are located outside Türkiye, your data is transferred abroad. Transfers are carried out within the conditions set out in KVKK Article 9.
How long we keep it
- Form messages are kept for up to one year after your request is concluded and then deleted. If your request turns into a business relationship, the retention periods required by law apply.
- To prevent abuse, your IP address is held only in memory for at most one hour and is never stored.
- Server logs are kept in size-limited rotating files and are deleted automatically as new entries arrive.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you may apply to the data controller to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request erasure or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Article 7,
- request that corrections, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties it was transferred to,
- object to a decision against you resulting solely from automated analysis,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
How to apply
To exercise your rights, write to us by email. Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
